Lamb Center Cooking: Do you know your way around a kitchen (or do you wanna learn)? Twice a month, CCM is responsible for cooking a hot meal for the Lamb Center. We'll meet in the Chapel kitchen after TNS wraps up (around 7:45). If you’re not much of a cook, no worries—there’s a job for everyone!
Lamb Center Visit: Every other Friday, we meet at the Chapel at 11:15am to carpool over to the shelter and help out. This usually means serving food and visiting with the guests. We get back to campus by 1:30pm. This is an awesome opportunity to serve others—I hope you’re able to come!
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, after TNS, a group of students go to the juvenile detention center in Fairfax to hang out with the teenagers there. We talk, play games, and just spend time with the boys and girls there. It really is an awesome experience!
